Why isn’t there equality for Men? Regularly in the media I see advertisments that are insulting to men, but these are allowed because ‘Men can take a joke’, but if a role reversal were to occur and Women to be put in positions that I regularly see on TV there would be uproar because it would be labeled as sexist etc…

I got the summer placement with Analog Devices Ireland. They’re probably the company out of my choices that I most wanted to work for and they are a big company world-wide so I think I’m going to do good out of this placement

Thank Fuck it’s finished! 10 exams done, hopefully 10 exams passed. Telecomms wasn’t too bad today at all. It could have been way worse! Now on to far more important matters SUMMER IN AMERICA!!

Thank God this week is over with regards to exams. 4 exams in a row is just too much! Power Engineering was alright, I would have done much better if I had more time to study but I didn’t so what can you do! Anyway 2 exams left, then America!!!

Stats is finished thanks be to god, the test was way longer that other years but survivable all the same. Next up Power Engineering which should be impossible to fail!

Well at least it’s done, that’s about the only plus point. Out of the four questions I probably did well in the first one and hopefully scrounged enough marks in the other three to pass, well we’ll find out in about a month! I really hope I won’t have to come back from America though!
