Never Knowing when to shut up!

You get this screen when you make a query/complaint on the BT Ireland website. Looks like you’re all done right, nope, you’ve got to click that button at the bottom to actually submit the query. The submit on the previous screen dones nothing except bring you to this screen!
That’s pretty confusing! I bet we’ll see a positive “customer satisfaction” survey from them any day now ..
Whilst Bt do provide a reliable service their customer care is non-existent. When I moved to them they lost my forms twice and hen miraculously found them. They moved my broadband but forgot to move the phone so I was paying effectively on the double. Each month a different “head of customer support” type bod promised a solution. When they did finally move me it was my old provider who emailed me with the news (probably glad to see the back of me).
The broadband forum on boards.ie has a fairly comprehensive list of BT complaints.
I was so fed up with BT that I set up a BT complaints blog where everyone can submit their BT complaint - I have had so many that I will be putting a report together and sending it off for a response from BT. Feel free to submit yours!
