For a while now I’ve been fascinated by the SitePoint Marketplace. Basically it’s a forum where people buy and sell entire websites. Some of the sites have a userbase, some of them have just been created by people and are brand new. The prices seem to vary from 2 figures to 5 figures! It’s well worth spending some time there just to see the way people manage to make money!

Personally it doesn’t suit me to buy a business like that but there are surely stacks of people out there who have the time and enthusiasm to run a website but don’t have the technical knowledge, this looks like an option for some of these people!
