Never Knowing when to shut up!
Well not quite but that’s what Mary Leland would have you believe from reading her article in the Sunday Independent today. Now it’s not like Mary Leland is even doing an original article because if you search on Google you get loads of results from the Guardian etc, about protests in the UK and even u.tv mentioned an Irish angle only a week ago.
However Mary Leland was not content with merely pointing out the stationary was on sale and is related to the sex industry but claiming that the stationary some how legitimises people like Ian Huntley.
is not so much the link between the stationery and Hugh Hefner’s ill-gotten millions, but between pornography and the Ian Huntleys of this world, the murderers of children like Sara Payne.
Absolutely insane it’s Stationary, society won’t fall apart because of a few logos on stationary. Besides the link between pornography and violent sex crimes is a tenuous one at best. Of course people will stay up in arms because it’s way easier to try and ban things than talk about them.

Playboy is not pornography. Stupid woman.
I agree. This is rubbish. Playboy as much a designer brand today as any other clothing label. Playboy philophy is not about exploitation its about freedom to be the sexual beings we are and also to show the rest of society to lighten up and stop being so damn serious.
But as hef said where ever someone try to give free speech there will always be someone trying to censor it.

now playboy has bedding lam’s bag cloths p etc and many people dont really think about pornography bit but there is also summit to be said about it some people are never happy there is always summit to be said
